The Holiday Inn is located 1.8 km from the Waiariki Polytechnic where the workshop tutorials will take place. Note there are no public buses between the hotel and the tutorial venue. The conference symposium will be held on site at the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is approximately 3km from central Rotorua and has a large selection of restaurants.
The Holiday Inn is the official conference accommodation venue and discounted accommodation is available with a special conference rate of $120 per night with the option to purchase a full buffet breakfast for $20.

Note that the final day of the conference will finish early (4:15pm) to allow participants to catch end of day flights out of Rotorua.
