Overview
ABNMS 2012 will be held at the University of Wollongong, NSW from the 26th to the 29th November. A two day tutorial will be held on the 26th and 27th November teaching participants about construction and implementation of Bayesian Networks, as well as some of the recent developments and applications. A two day conference will follow from the 28th to the 29th November in which poster and oral presentations will be considered. Papers are invited from all fields with past papers from a wide range of areas including environmental management, engineering, law, infrastructure and medicine.
Four special sessions will be incorporated into this conference:
- Real-world applications of Bayesian Networks;
- Integration of geospatial data and Bayesian Networks;
- Emerging methods and tools for Bayesian Networks; and
- Expert elicitation of data.
You will be able to register for the tutorials and the conference separately.
A conference dinner will be held on the 28th November within the Wollongong city centre. Expected cost will be approximately $35 per person.
